The CVap® Thermalizer Oven is an electric, full-size oven with one compartment. It is insulated and can accommodate either (14) 18" x 26" sheet pans, (28) 13" x 18" sheet pans, or (28) 12" x 20" hotel pans. Each rack has a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg). The oven features (2) field reversible hinged solid dutch doors with a magnetic door handle. It also has a C-Touch control with a processor, allowing for HACCP temperature downloads. The oven utilizes CVap technology and offers wireless programming. It has USB and audio ports, as well as on/off fan control and auto water fill. The interior and exterior of the oven are made of stainless steel. It is CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation certified.
