The CVap® Thermalizer Oven is an electric, stacked, half-size oven with two compartments. It is insulated and uses convection cooking. It has a capacity of 9.0 cu. ft. and can accommodate either 10 18" x 26" sheet pans, 20 13" x 18" sheet pans, or 20 12" x 20" hotel pans. Each rack has a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg). The oven has two field reversible hinged solid doors with a magnetic door handle. It features a C-Touch control with a processor, HACCP temperature downloads, CVap technology, USB and audio ports, and an auto water fill. The interior and exterior are made of stainless steel. It is CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation certified.
