The CVap® Thermalizer Oven is an electric, stacked, half-size oven with two compartments. It is insulated and can accommodate (10) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (20) 13" x 18" sheet pans or (20) 12" x 20" hotel pans. Each rack has a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg). The oven has (2) field reversible hinged solid doors with a magnetic door handle. It features a C-Touch control with a processor, HACCP temperature downloads, CVap technology, wireless programming, USB & audio ports, on/off fan control, and auto water fill. The interior and exterior are made of stainless steel. It is CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation certified.
