The CVap® Thermalizer Oven is an electric, half-size oven with one compartment. It is insulated and can accommodate either (5) 18" x 26" sheet pans, (10) 13" x 18" sheet pans, or (10) 12" x 20" hotel pans. The load limit per rack is 65 lbs (29.25 kg). It features a field reversible hinged solid door with a magnetic door handle. The oven is equipped with a C-Touch control with a processor, allowing for HACCP temperature downloads. It also has wireless programming capabilities and USB & audio ports. The oven has an on/off fan control and an auto water fill feature. Both the interior and exterior of the oven are made of stainless steel. It is CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation certified.
