The CVap® Thermalizer Oven is an electric, half-size oven with one compartment. It is insulated and uses convection cooking. It has a capacity of 9.0 cu. ft. and can accommodate either (5) 18" x 26" sheet pans, (10) 13" x 18" sheet pans, or (10) 12" x 20" hotel pans. Each rack has a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg). The oven features a field reversible hinged solid door with a magnetic door handle. It is equipped with a C-Touch control with a processor, allowing for HACCP temperature downloads. The oven also has USB and audio ports. It has an auto water fill feature and is made with a stainless steel interior and exterior. It is CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation certified.
