The CVap® Thermalizer Oven is an electric, full-size oven with one compartment. It is insulated and uses convection cooking. It can accommodate either (14) 18" x 26" sheet pans, (28) 13" x 18" sheet pans, or (28) 12" x 20" hotel pans. The load limit per rack is 65 lbs (29.25 kg). It has (2) field reversible hinged solid dutch doors with a magnetic door handle. It features a C-Touch control with a processor, HACCP temperature downloads, CVap technology, USB & audio ports, and an auto water fill. The interior and exterior are made of stainless steel. It is CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation certified.
