The S-Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in length. It features six open burners, each with a BTU rating of 28,000. Additionally, there is a 24-inch griddle on the left side of the range, which is equipped with thermostatic controls. The range has two cabinet bases for storage, as well as removable cast-iron grates, two crumb drawers, and a shelf. The lower valve panel is hinged for easy access. Made with stainless steel on the front, sides, and shelf, the range also includes a 4-inch front rail and 6-inch adjustable legs.
