The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features six non-clog burners and wavy grates, as well as a 24-inch griddle on the right side. The range has a standing pilot for the burners and battery spark ignition for the ovens. Each oven comes with one rack, and there is a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf included. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 300,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.

Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the burners, battery spark ignition for the ovens, and a front located manual gas shut-off. It comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a stainless steel front rail, front, and sides, and a cooking top that is 37 inches high. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.

Optional features for the range include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for the burners, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration, Pyromax burners, a griddle top on the left or right side, a raised griddle on the right side, and a 5 burner configuration. There are also options for a 5-inch or 10-inch flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is available upon request, and battery spark ignition is available for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops. Various mounts for salamanders and cheesemelters are also available.

The construction specifications of the range include a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven doors, a stainless steel exterior finish, 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs, a stainless steel cabinet base, a 22.5-inch flue riser with a shelf, and a double-sided porcelain enamel oven interior. The range has a 27-inch deep cooking surface, with a minimum distance of 12 inches between burners.
