The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features three star/sauté burners in the front and three non-clog burners in the rear. Additionally, it has a 24" griddle on the right side and thermostatic controls. The range also includes a convection oven with battery spark ignition and a cabinet base. It comes with three racks and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 278,000 and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.

The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor, a 4" stainless steel front rail, and removable cast iron grate tops. The rear grate can hold up to a 14" stock pot.

There are several optional features available for the range, such as a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration with star/sauté burners in the front and standard burners in the rear, and Pyromax burners. The range also offers optional griddle tops or raised griddles, a 5 burner configuration with Pyromax burners in the rear and either standard or star burners in the front, and various accessories like flue risers, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, and a hot top plate.

The construction specifications of the range include a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted oven door, a stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, a stainless steel cabinet base, and a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with a minimum distance of 12" between burners. It also comes with removable one-piece drip trays to catch grease drippings
