The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features two star/sauté burners and standard grates. The range also includes a 48" griddle on the left side, as well as two cabinets for storage. It comes with a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 146,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It has a 4" stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides. The cooking top of the range is 37" high.
The range comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot. There are also several optional features available, such as a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and griddle top or raised griddle options. The range can also be configured with a 5 burner setup.
There are various options and accessories available for the range, including different flue riser sizes, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available as an option. The range is constructed with a stainless steel exterior finish and comes with 6" stainless steel adjustable legs. The cabinet base is made of stainless steel, with optional doors that open from the center. The range also includes a flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface, with a minimum distance of 12" between burners. Two removable one-piece drip trays are provided under the burners to catch grease drippings.
