The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and features two non-clog burners and a 48" griddle on the left side. It has standing pilot ignition for the burners and battery spark ignition for the ovens. Each oven comes with one rack and the range includes a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU rating of 224,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program. 

Some of the standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the burners, battery spark ignition for the ovens, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.

There are several optional features and accessories available for the range. These include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for the burners, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration, Pyromax burners, a griddle top or raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration. Other options and accessories include different flue riser sizes, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure feature, battery spark ignition for other cooking surfaces, various salamander and cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with flexible hose.

The construction specifications of the range include a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted counterweight oven doors, a stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, a stainless steel cabinet base, a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf, and a double-sided full porcelain enamel oven cavity. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with a minimum distance of 12" between burners. It also comes with two removable one-piece drip trays to catch grease drippings.
