The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted oven door, and a stainless steel exterior finish. It also has 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and a stainless steel cabinet base. The range comes with a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf, but there are options for a 5" or 10" flue riser without a shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface and includes removable drip trays.
