The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features three star/sauté burners on the front left, two pyromax burners on the rear left, and four non-clog burners on the right. The range also includes standard grates, a standing pilot, and two cabinets. It comes with a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and 6-inch adjustable legs. The range has a total BTU of 311,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.

The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37-inch high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.

There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. The range also offers a 5-burner configuration, combining pyromax burners in the rear with either standard 33K burners or star 33K burners in the front.

Additional options and accessories include a 5-inch or 10-inch flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters for mobility, a hot top plate that replaces two open burners, and cabinet base doors. The range can also be equipped with flame failure, battery spark ignition for various components, and various mounts for salamanders and cheesemelters. It comes with a 3/4-inch quick disconnect with a flexible hose that complies with ANSI Z 21.69.
