The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features six non-clog burners with wavy grates and a raised griddle/broiler. The range has a standing pilot for the burners and a battery spark ignition for the oven. It also includes a standard oven with one rack and a cabinet base. The range has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 240,500 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range has several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, a front located manual gas shut-off, and a 4-inch stainless steel front rail. It has a 37-inch high cooking top and four removable cast iron grate tops. Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and griddle top or raised griddle. The range also offers options for a 5-burner configuration, flue risers, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition, salamander & cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with flexible hose.
The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted oven door, and a stainless steel exterior finish. It has 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs and a stainless steel cabinet base. The range comes with a 22.5-inch flue riser with a shelf, but optional 5-inch and 10-inch flue risers are available. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The range top has a 27-inch deep cooking surface with a center-to-center measurement between burners of at least 12 inches. It also includes removable one-piece drip trays to catch grease drippings.
