The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 60" width. It features four pyromax burners, a 24" griddle on the right side, and a standard oven with battery spark ignition. The range also includes a cabinet base with one rack and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. It is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and has 6" adjustable legs. The range has a total BTU of 253,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.

The range has several standard features including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. The range comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.

There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration with star/saute' burners in the front and standard burners in the rear, and pyromax burners. The range also offers the option of a griddle top or raised griddle, with manual or thermostatic control. Additionally, there is a 5 burner configuration available, combining pyromax burners in the rear with either standard or star burners in the front.

Various options and accessories are available for the range, including different flue riser sizes, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available, and battery spark ignition can be added to open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops. The range is constructed with a stainless steel exterior finish, a stainless steel cabinet base, and a double-sided, full porcelain enamel oven cavity.
