The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features four non-clog burners with wavy grates on the right side and four pyromax burners on the left side. The range has a standing pilot for the open top burners and a battery spark ignition for the oven base. It also includes a convection oven with battery spark ignition and a cabinet base with three racks. The range has a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and legs. It has a total BTU of 300,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First Program. Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top, raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration. Additional options and accessories are available, such as a flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for other components, and various mounts for salamanders and cheesemelters. The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, adjustable legs, stainless steel cabinet base, flue riser with shelf, and a double-sided porcelain enamel oven cavity. The range top has a 27-inch deep cooking surface with removable drip trays.
