The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features two non-clog burners and wavy grates. It also has a 48-inch griddle on the right side with thermostatic controls. The range has a standing pilot for the burners and a battery spark ignition for the oven. It includes a standard oven with a battery spark ignition and a cabinet base with one rack. The range has a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. It is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and has 6-inch adjustable legs. The range has a total BTU of 179,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program. 

The range comes with several standard features including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the burners, battery spark ignition for the oven, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37-inch high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.

There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for the burners, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, Pyromax burners, griddle top or raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration. 

The range also offers various options and accessories such as a 5-inch or 10-inch flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure option, battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops, salamander and cheesemelter mounts, and a 3/4-inch quick disconnect with flexible hose.

In terms of construction, the range has a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted counterweight oven door, and a stainless steel exterior finish. It comes with 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs, and a stainless steel cabinet base with optional doors. The range also has a 22.
