The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and features two non-clog burners and a 48" griddle on the right side. It has a standing pilot for the burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. The range also includes two cabinets and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. 

The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU output of 134,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. 

Some of the standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, a front located manual gas shut-off, and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It also has a 4" stainless steel front rail and four removable cast iron grate tops. 

There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, and different burner configurations. It also offers options for a griddle top or raised griddle, a 5 burner configuration, and various accessories such as extra oven racks and casters. 

The construction specifications of the range include a stainless steel exterior finish, a stainless steel cabinet base, and a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with removable drip trays.
