The S-Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in length. It features six open burners, each with a BTU rating of 28,000. Additionally, it includes a 24-inch raised griddle/broiler and has manual controls. The range is equipped with one convection oven and one standard oven, both of which have a snap action thermostat. 

The range comes with six removable cast iron grates, a crumb drawer, and a shelf for added convenience. It also has a hinged lower valve panel for easy access. The package includes a total of three racks. 

The front, sides, shelf, and 4-inch front rail of the range are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. The range is supported by 6-inch adjustable legs.
