The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features four pyromax burners, a 24" charbroiler on the right side, a standard oven with battery spark ignition, and a convection oven with battery spark ignition. The range also includes four racks in total and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf.
The front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 301,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
Some of the standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
The range has a 4" stainless steel front rail and removable cast iron grate tops. The optional charbroiler is available in 24" or 36" sizes and comes with removable cast iron grates. There is also an option for wavy grates, which allow for full use of the range top.
Other optional features include cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle tops, raised griddles, and a 5 burner configuration. The range can also be equipped with a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors.
The construction of the range includes a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, and a stainless steel cabinet base. The range also has a 22.5" flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf and a double-sided, full porcelain enamel oven cavity for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with removable one-piece drip trays.
