The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features four star/sauté burners and four pyromax burners on the right side. The range has a standing pilot and includes one standard oven with battery spark ignition and one convection oven with battery spark ignition. It comes with four racks in total and a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 369,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.

The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail and a stainless steel front and sides. It is a commercial gas range that is 60-3/4 inches wide and has a 37-inch high cooking top. The range comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.

There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, and 33K non-clog burners. The range also offers a split burner configuration with star/sauté burners in the front and standard 33K burners in the rear. Additionally, there are optional pyromax burners available, as well as a griddle top or raised griddle. The range can also be configured with a combination of pyromax burners and standard or star burners.

Various options and accessories are available for the range, such as different flue riser sizes, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. The range can also be equipped with flame failure, battery spark ignition for different components, and various salamander and cheesemelter mounts. It comes with a 3/4-inch quick disconnect with a flexible hose that complies with ANSI Z 21.69 standards.
