The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features four star/sauté burners, standard oven grates, and a 36-inch griddle on the right side. The range also includes thermostatic controls, a standing pilot, a standard oven with battery spark ignition, and a convection oven with battery spark ignition. It comes with four racks in total and a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 273,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.

The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37-inch high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.

Optional features for the range include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration with star/sauté burners in the front and standard burners in the rear, Pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. Other options and accessories include different flue riser sizes, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure availability, battery spark ignition for various cooking surfaces, salamander and cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with a flexible hose.

The construction specifications of the range include a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted counterweight oven door, and a stainless steel finish on the front, sides, and shelf. It has 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs, with the option for casters. The range also has a stainless steel cabinet base and a 22.5-inch flue riser with a shelf.
