The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features six non-clog burners with wavy grates, as well as a raised griddle/broiler. The range has a standing pilot and two cabinets for storage. It also includes a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 195,500 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range has a stainless steel front rail, front, and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.
There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and griddle top or raised griddle. The range can also be configured with a 5 burner setup.
Additional options and accessories for the range include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available as an option. The range is constructed with a stainless steel exterior finish, adjustable stainless steel legs, and a stainless steel cabinet base. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface, and two removable drip trays are provided under the burners to catch grease drippings.
