The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and includes (2) star/sauté burners and (1) 48" griddle on the left side. It has standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. The range also includes (2) convection ovens with battery spark ignition and (3) racks per oven. It has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. The range has a total BTU of 210,000 and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program. 

The range comes with standard features such as a factory-installed regulator, front located manual gas shut-off, and a one year No Quibble, 24/7 parts and labor warranty. It also has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a commercial gas range that is 60-3/4" wide with a 37" high cooking top. The range includes four removable, cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.

There are optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler (available on the left or right side), wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, Pyromax burners, and griddle tops or raised griddles. There is also an option for a 5 burner configuration, combining Pyromax burners with either standard or star burners.

Additional options and accessories include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure option, battery spark ignition for various cooking surfaces, salamander and cheesemelter mounts, and a 3/4" quick disconnect with flexible hose.

The construction specifications of the range include a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring assisted oven door, stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, stainless steel cabinet base, flue riser with shelf, and a double sided, full porcelain enamel oven cavity.
