The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features two star/sauté burners in the front and two non-clog burners in the rear. The range also includes a 36" charbroiler on the left side. The burners have standing pilots, while the oven bases have battery spark ignition. Each oven comes with one rack. The range is made of stainless steel and includes a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. It has a total BTU of 318,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.

Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the burners, battery spark ignition for the ovens, and a front located manual gas shut-off. It also comes with a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and four removable cast iron grate tops. The rear grate can hold up to a 14" stock pot.

Optional features include a charbroiler on either the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration with star/sauté burners in the front and standard burners in the rear, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. The range can also be configured with five burners by combining pyromax burners in the rear with either standard or star burners in the front.

Additional options and accessories include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure feature, battery spark ignition for other cooking surfaces, various salamander and cheesemelter mounts, and a 3/4" quick disconnect with flexible hose.

The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven doors, and a stainless steel exterior finish. It stands on 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and has a stainless steel cabinet base. The range also includes a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf, and the oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface, and two removable drip trays are provided
