The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features three star/sauté burners in the front, two pyromax burners in the rear, and a 24-inch griddle on the right side. The range also includes thermostatic controls, a standing pilot, and two convection ovens with battery spark ignition. Each oven comes with three racks. The range has a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and legs. It has a total BTU of 291,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor, a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, and removable cast iron grate tops.
Optional features include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. Other options and accessories include a 5-inch or 10-inch flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors.
The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven doors, and a stainless steel exterior finish. It stands on 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs and has a stainless steel cabinet base. The range also comes with a 22.5-inch flue riser with a shelf, and the oven interior is made of double-sided, full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning. The range top has a 27-inch deep cooking surface with removable drip trays.
