The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 60" width. It features four pyromax burners and a 24" charbroiler on the left side. The range has a standing pilot for the burners and a battery spark ignition for the oven. It also includes a cabinet base with one rack and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 269,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program. Additional commercial restaurant ranges and cooking equipment are also available. 

The range has several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the burners, battery spark ignition for the oven, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty that covers parts and labor 24/7. The range has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.

Optional features include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration with star/saute' burners in the front and standard burners in the rear, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. The range also offers a 5 burner configuration with a combination of pyromax burners and standard or star burners.

Additional options and accessories include different flue riser heights, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate that replaces two open burners, cabinet base doors, flame failure feature, battery spark ignition for various cooking surfaces, salamander and cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with a flexible hose.

The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted counterweight oven door, and a stainless steel exterior finish. It comes with 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, but casters are optional. The range also has a stainless steel cabinet base with optional doors that open from the center
