The S-Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in length. It features six open burners, each with a BTU rating of 28,000. Additionally, it includes a 24-inch raised griddle/broiler and manual controls. The range is equipped with two convection ovens, each with a snap action thermostat. 

The range is designed with removable cast iron grates, a crumb drawer, and a shelf for convenience. It also has a hinged lower valve panel for easy access. The range comes with two racks per oven and is made with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf. It has a 4-inch front rail and 6-inch adjustable legs for stability.
