The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features six non-clog burners and standard grates. On the right side, there is a raised griddle/broiler. The range also includes a standard oven with battery spark ignition and a convection oven with battery spark ignition. Four racks are included with the range.
The range is made of stainless steel and has a front, sides, shelf, and 6-inch adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 308,500 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
Some of the standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and griddle top or raised griddle.
Additional options and accessories include a 5-inch or 10-inch flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors.
The range is constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf. It has 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs and a stainless steel cabinet base. The oven door is spring assisted with a counterweight. The exterior finish is stainless steel, and the oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning. The range top has a 27-inch deep cooking surface, and there are two removable one-piece drip trays under the burners to catch grease drippings.
