The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features three star/sauté burners on the front right, two pyromax burners on the rear right, and four star/sauté burners on the left. The range has a standing pilot and two cabinets for storage. It also includes a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 311,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.

The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37-inch high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.

There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, and 33K non-clog burners. The range can also be configured with a split burner arrangement, with star/sauté burners in the front and standard 33K burners in the rear. Pyromax burners are another optional feature, with a group of four burners available. The range can also be equipped with a griddle top or raised griddle, with manual or thermostatic controls. A 5-burner configuration is also available, combining pyromax burners in the rear with either standard 33K burners or star 33K burners in the front.

Various options and accessories are available for the range, including different flue riser heights, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available as an option. The range can be equipped with battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops.
