The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and features six star/sauté burners and a 24" griddle on the left side. It also includes two cabinets and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and adjustable legs are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU output of 246,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It comes with a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. The range also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4" stainless steel front rail and four removable cast iron grate tops. Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top, raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration. Additional options and accessories include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for various components, salamander & cheesemelter mounts, and a 3/4" quick disconnect with flexible hose. The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted counterweight oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, stainless steel cabinet base, flue riser with shelf, and a double-sided full porcelain enamel oven cavity. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with a minimum distance of 12" between burners. Two removable one-piece drip trays are provided under the burners to catch grease drippings.
