The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and features two non-clog burners and a 48" griddle on the right side. It has thermostatic controls and a standing pilot. The range also includes two convection ovens with battery spark ignition and three racks per oven. 

The range has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and legs. It has a total BTU rating of 198,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. 

Some standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. 

Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top or raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration. 

There are also various options and accessories available such as a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. 

The construction specifications of the range include a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, stainless steel cabinet base, and a double-sided, full porcelain enamel oven cavity. The range also has a 27" deep cooking surface with removable drip trays under the burners.
