The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and features two non-clog burners and a 48" griddle on the right side. It has thermostatic controls and a standing pilot. The range also includes two convection ovens with battery spark ignition and three racks per oven.
The range has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and legs. It has a total BTU rating of 198,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
