The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features three non-clog burners on the front right, two pyromax burners on the rear right, and four star/sauté burners on the left. The range has a standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. It also includes a standard oven with battery spark ignition and a convection oven with battery spark ignition. The range comes with four racks in total and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf.
The front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 388,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, a front located manual gas shut-off, and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It has a 4" stainless steel front rail and removable cast iron grate tops. The rear of the range can hold up to a 14" stock pot.
Optional features for the range include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top or raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration.
Additional options and accessories for the range include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for various components, and various salamander and cheesemelter mounts. The range also has a 3/4" quick disconnect with a flexible hose.
The construction specifications of the range include a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted oven door, a stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, a stainless steel cabinet base, a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf, and a double-sided, full porcelain enamel oven cavity. The range has coved corners for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow, and it comes with two removable one-piece drip trays to catch grease drippings.
