The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features four pyromax burners and a raised griddle/broiler. The range has a standing pilot for the burners and battery spark ignition for the ovens. It includes two standard ovens with one rack per oven. The range also comes with a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 283,500 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range also has several optional features, including a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and griddle top or raised griddle. It also offers a 5 burner configuration.
Additional options and accessories for the range include a flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for various components, salamander & cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with flexible hose.
The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, adjustable legs, stainless steel cabinet base, flue riser with shelf, and a double-sided porcelain enamel oven interior. The range has a 27-inch deep cooking surface with removable drip trays under the burners.
