The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features six non-clog burners and standard grates. It also has a raised griddle/broiler on the right side. The range has a standing pilot for the burners and battery spark ignition for the ovens. The two convection ovens come with three racks each.
The range has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU output of 295,500. The range is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
Some of the standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, a front located manual gas shut-off, and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It also has a stainless steel front rail and removable cast iron grate tops.
Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and griddle top or raised griddle.
Additional options and accessories include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors.
The range is constructed with a stainless steel exterior finish, a stainless steel cabinet base, and a double-sided, full porcelain enamel oven cavity. It also has coved corners for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The cooking surface is 27" deep, and there are two removable drip trays under the burners to catch grease drippings.
