The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features two non-clog burners and wavy grates. The range also includes a 48" griddle on the right side with thermostatic controls. The oven has battery spark ignition and there is a cabinet base included with three racks. The range has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and legs. It has a total BTU of 166,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.
There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for the burners, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. The range also has options for a 5 burner configuration, a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available as an option.
The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted counterweight oven door, and a stainless steel finish on the front, sides, and shelf. It has 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and a stainless steel cabinet base. The range comes with a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf, but there are options for a 5" or 10" flue riser without a shelf.
