The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features six star/sauté burners, a 24" griddle on the right side, a standard oven with battery spark ignition, and a convection oven with battery spark ignition. The range also includes four racks in total and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. It is made with stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. The range has a total BTU of 323,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.

The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a commercial gas range that is 60-3/4" wide with a 37" high cooking top. The range comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.

There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration with star/sauté burners in the front and standard burners in the rear, Pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. The range also offers a 5 burner configuration with a combination of Pyromax burners and standard or star burners.

Additional options and accessories include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters for mobility, a hot top plate that replaces two open burners, and cabinet base doors. The range is available with flame failure, battery spark ignition for various components, and various mounts for salamanders and cheesemelters. It also comes with a 3/4" quick disconnect with a flexible hose.
