The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and includes (4) star/sauté burners, standard grates, (1) 36" griddle on the right side, a standing pilot, (1) convection oven with battery spark ignition, and (1) cabinet base. It also includes (3) racks and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The range is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and has 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 228,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, Pyromax burners, griddle top or raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration. Additional options and accessories are available such as a flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops, salamander & cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with flexible hose. The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, a stainless steel cabinet base, a flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf, and a double-sided, full porcelain enamel oven cavity. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with a center-to-center measurement between burners of at least 12". It also includes two removable one-piece drip trays under the burners to catch grease drippings.
