The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU output of 298,000. The range is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.

The range top has a 27-inch deep cooking surface, and there are two removable one-piece drip trays under the burners to catch grease drippings.
