The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features four non-clog burners and standard grates. The range also includes a 36-inch griddle on the left side and two standard ovens with battery spark ignition. Each oven comes with one rack. The range has a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and legs. It has a total BTU of 286,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.
The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37-inch high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.
Optional features for the range include a charbroiler on the left or right side, available in 24-inch or 36-inch sizes, with removable cast iron grates. There is also an option for wavy grates, which allow for full use of the entire range top and have a cast bowl design for better efficiency. These grates are only available with 27,000 BTU non-clog burners. Another option is the cast iron star/saute' burners, which have 10 burners with 33,000 BTU each and a port arrangement for even distribution of flame. The range also offers 33,000 BTU non-clog burners, with 10 patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free, cast iron burners.
There is an option for a split burner configuration, with five star/saute' burners in the front and five standard 33,000 BTU burners in the rear. The range also offers pyromax burners, with 40,000 BTU each and a built-in port protection drip ring. These burners are available in a group of four.
