The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features three star/sauté burners in the front, two pyromax burners in the rear, and a 24" griddle on the right side. The range also has thermostatic controls, a standing pilot, and two standard ovens with battery spark ignition. Each oven comes with one rack. The range has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 317,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor, a 4" stainless steel front rail, and stainless steel front and sides. The range has a cooking top that is 37" high and is 60-3/4" wide. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.
Optional features for the range include a charbroiler on the left or right side, available in 24" or 36" sizes, with removable cast iron grates. There is also an option for wavy grates, which allow for full use of the entire range top and have a cast bowl design for better efficiency. These grates are only available with 27K BTU non-clog burners. Another option is the cast iron star/sauté burners, which consist of 10 33,000 BTU natural gas burners with a port arrangement that allows for even distribution of flame. The range also offers 33K non-clog burners, which are 33,000 BTU natural gas burners that are patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free, cast iron burners. The split burner configuration option includes five star/sauté burners in the front and five standard 33K burners in the rear. The range also offers pyromax burners, which are 40,000 BTU natural gas burners available in a group of four.
