The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and has a total of 9 burners. The front right side has 3 non-clog burners, the rear right side has 2 pyromax burners, and the left side has 4 non-clog burners. The range also includes standard grates and a standing pilot.
The range comes with 2 standard ovens, each with battery spark ignition and includes 1 rack per oven. It also has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel.
The range has a total BTU of 401,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program, which provides additional benefits.
Some optional features and accessories for the range include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top or raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration.
