The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features four star/sauté burners and standard grates. The range also includes a 36-inch griddle on the left side and thermostatic controls. It has two cabinets and a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 196,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
Additional options and accessories are available for the range, such as a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/sauté burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top, raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration. The range can also be equipped with a 5-inch or 10-inch flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure feature, battery spark ignition, salamander & cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with flexible hose.
The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It has a front located manual gas shut-off and a stainless steel front rail, front, and sides. The cooking top is 37 inches high and has four removable cast iron grate tops. The oven door is spring assisted with a counterweight and the exterior finish is stainless steel. The range comes with 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs, but casters can be added as an option. The stainless steel cabinet base has optional doors that open from the center. The range also includes a 22.5-inch flue riser with a shelf, but 5-inch and 10-inch flue risers without a shelf are available as alternatives. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The range top has a 27-inch deep cooking surface with a minimum distance of 12 inches between burners. Two removable one-piece drip trays are provided under the burners to catch grease drippings.
