The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 60" width. It features four pyromax burners, a 24" charbroiler on the right side, and a convection oven with battery spark ignition. The range also includes a cabinet base with three racks and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. It is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and has 6" adjustable legs. The range has a total BTU of 256,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
