The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features two non-clog burners and wavy grates. The range also includes a 48-inch griddle on the left side, with thermostatic controls and a standing pilot. It has one standard oven with battery spark ignition and one convection oven with battery spark ignition. The range comes with four racks in total. 

The range has a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. It has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6-inch adjustable legs. The range has a BTU rating of 211,000 and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.

The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.

Additional features include a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, removable cast iron grate tops, and optional charbroiler and wavy grates. The range also offers optional cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and griddle top or raised griddle options.

Various options and accessories are available, such as a 5-inch or 10-inch flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. The range can also be equipped with flame failure, battery spark ignition for various components, and various salamander and cheesemelter mounts. It comes with a 3/4-inch quick disconnect with a flexible hose.

The construction specifications of the range include a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs, and a stainless steel cabinet base. The range also has a flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf and a double-sided, full porcelain enamel oven cavity. The range top has a 27-inch deep cooking surface, with two removable one-piece drip trays under the burners.
