The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features two star/sauté burners with standard grates, two non-clog burners at the rear, and a 36" charbroiler on the right side. The range also includes a convection oven with battery spark ignition and a cabinet base. It comes with three racks and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 260,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.

The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.

There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration, Pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. The range can also be configured with five burners, combining Pyromax burners in the rear with either standard 33K burners or star 33K burners in the front.

Additional options and accessories for the range include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available, and the range can be equipped with battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops. Various mounts for salamanders and cheesemelters are also available.
