The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 60" width. It features four pyromax burners, a 24" charbroiler on the left side, and a convection oven with battery spark ignition. The range also includes a cabinet base with three racks and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. It is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and has 6" adjustable legs. The range has a total BTU of 256,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4" stainless steel front rail and removable cast iron grate tops.
There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, and cast iron star/saute' burners. Other options include 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle.
Additional options and accessories for the range include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available, as well as battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops. Various mounts for salamanders and cheesemelters are available, and a 3/4" quick disconnect with a flexible hose is included.
The construction specifications of the range include a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted oven door, and a stainless steel exterior finish. It has 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and a stainless steel cabinet base. The range also has a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf, and the oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with removable drip trays.
