The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features three non-clog burners in the front and two pyromax burners in the rear. Additionally, it has a 24-inch charbroiler on the left side and two cabinets for storage. The range also includes a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with a shelf.
The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 243,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range comes with a factory-installed regulator and standing pilot for the open top burners. The oven bases have battery spark ignition.
Other standard features of the range include a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range, a one-year warranty for parts and labor, a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, and four removable cast iron grate tops. The rear grate top can hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.
There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on either the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle.

The range also includes two removable one-piece drip trays under the burners to catch grease drippings.
