The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and features two non-clog burners and a 48" griddle on the right side. It has thermostatic controls and a standing pilot. The range also includes one standard oven with battery spark ignition and one convection oven with battery spark ignition. It comes with four racks in total.
The range has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and has 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 211,000 and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top or raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration.
There are also options and accessories available such as a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors.
