The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features three non-clog burners in the front and two pyromax burners in the rear. Additionally, it has a 24" charbroiler on the right side. The range includes a standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. It also comes with a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. The range has a total of four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot. 

Optional features include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. 

The range comes with a factory-installed regulator, a front located manual gas shut-off, and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It also has a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, as well as 6" adjustable legs. The range has a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf, but optional 5" and 10" flue risers are available. 

The oven features a spring-assisted, counterweight door and a double-sided, full porcelain enamel oven cavity for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The range also includes a stainless steel cabinet base and a 27" deep cooking surface. Two removable one-piece drip trays are provided under the burners to catch grease drippings.
